SXC Forfar 2014

The weekend saw the annual SXC MTB event at Forfar. Exert below from the SXC Association.

That’s us back from the first round of the 2014 SXC Series at Forfar. There’s not much more that we can say other than THANK YOU ALL!!

Racers – you provided us with some brilliant racing, across all categories and not forgetting those fiercely competitive U12 riders – thank you

Spectators – you helped create a real buzz about the event village, a fantastic atmosphere – thank you

Organizers/time keepers/helpers/Marshall/first aid/funders and sponsors – without you this race would be nothing, you provide for us, you get us to the right places at the right time, and you keep us safe – thank you

And finally, the biggest thank you must go to Mike and Neil and their team at Angus Bike Chain. You laid out one of the best XC courses that most riders will have had the privilege of racing on, you have put in weeks of hard effort, you have walked 14miles today alone (!!), and you kept smiling all the whole time – THANK YOU
