World Duathlon Champs in Ottawa – RG McLean secures Silver

Fantastic result for club member RG McLean who at the weekend came 2nd in the World Duathlon Championships in Canada in the 50 – 54 age category.

RG completed the 40km bike leg of the course in the super fast time of 1:00:43, the fastest in his age category.
