RG McLean and Peter Flick both competed for the club, RG finishing in 23rd (21:55) and Peter Flick (23:06)  53rd respectively.

Weather conditions were favourable for the first half of the course with a tailwind, the second half was tougher back into a crosswind through the lumpier section of the Freuchie route. The event was won by Ben Peacock of Paisley Velo with a very fast course record time of 20:14.
