Now that the turbo sessions are finished for the winter, what about getting out on the road for some structured training? Thinking group work but not just riding behind the stronger riders or letting the monkey out of the cage. Skills and objectives like through and off, attacking, bridging gaps, hill repeats, sprints. Groups would cater for mixed ability, based around some short and varied circuits out and about depending on the session objective? It will take a week or 3 yet till we get enough daylight to get a decent session in so time to look at options. Maybe structured sessions would be a possible alternative for the midweek league? No issue with a Wednesday night instead?
    Thoughts?

Think its a good idea. Obviously for me my location isn’t ideal but as I’m looking to get into a bit more road racing I’d be keen.

Granted I wouldn’t be able to attend all with work commitments and the midweek TT stuff in Fife but interested all the same.
