I had my first 10 mile TT  today. The race was at Laurencekirk and what a guid day it was, apart fae the wind!!! Hahaha

I managed to clock a 33.02 for 10 miles, which I’m very happy with, room for improvement to come, so watch this space lol

Out of 55 starters, only 48 finished, lots of punctures today, due to a huge pot hole on the A92. I missed it, but only just, my minute man behind me didn’t fair so lucky! He passed me then less than 5 minutes later he had went over the hole, which must’ve been at 3 or 4 feet in length and about a 1′ an a half wide!!!

Anyway a guid days’ racin’ was had by me! An a’body else eh!!!

Good man Joe, surprised they didnt mention the pothole beforehand.

Myself and RG did the Boomerang 2Up managed 7th out of 60 or so pairs.

Hi Pete, thanks mate, well done to you and RG, gettin 7th is great eh! There wasn’t much of a briefing afore the race eh, and am just glad I missed the pot-hole!!!

Just entered the Scottish 25TT in June so here goes hehehe and the Dundee Wheelers 10TT 2 days later, hopefully my legs will be up fir a thrash hehehe
